Content you can use on your own socials

How to use the webbook content kit and reshare creator content on your shop's socials, with the credit and claim rules to follow.

Oct 13, 2026 · 2 min read

You do not need a photographer to post about the products on your shelf. The desk provides ready-made images and clips, and creators post about Dear, Klairs every week. Used well, both give your shop steady social content. Used carelessly, they can put a claim on your page that you cannot stand behind. Here is how to do it well.

Start with the webbook content kit

The EGF Blue Drop webbook includes a content kit with 2000px product images and 4K video clips of the EGF Blue Youth Activating Drop. They are sized for feeds, stories and your website.

  1. Download the images and clips you need from the webbook.
  2. Crop to the format you are posting, whether square, vertical or wide.
  3. Add your own shop name, location or a photo of the product on your shelf.
  4. Write the caption using the approved wording below.

Approved wording you can use

Stick to these facts and write them exactly as shown:

  • "Post-blemish marks improved 23.21% after 4 weeks in a study of 20 adults (ProbeM Skin Research Center)."
  • "Visibly calmer-looking skin in about three minutes."
  • "2026 Seoul Awards Beauty Winner."
  • "Soko Glam Best of K-Beauty 2024."
  • "10 ppm EGF and 10 ppm FGF, with guaiazulene and adenosine. Use first after cleansing, before toner."
  • "$39.99 MSRP for 50 mL."

Do not round the numbers, add new ones, or turn "post-blemish marks" into a stronger claim. If a caption idea needs a fact that is not on this list, leave it out.

Shelf note: Caption template: "The blue first step is back on our shelf. EGF and FGF peptides with guaiazulene, used right after cleansing. Ask us for a tester."

Resharing creator content

Creator posts feel personal, and that is why they work. They also belong to the creator. Before you reshare:

  • Ask first. Message the creator and get permission in writing, even a short reply.
  • Credit clearly. Tag the creator in the post and name them in the caption.
  • Do not edit their words. Share the post as it is. Do not add text over their video that changes what they said.
  • Check their claims. If a creator says something beyond the approved wording above, do not reshare that post.
  • Tag the brand so the post can be found by people searching for Dear, Klairs.

Make your own creator-style content

You can film the same kind of short clip yourself with a phone. Simple ideas:

  • A dropper of the blue serum falling onto the back of a hand, filmed close up.
  • A 10-second routine order: cleanser, Drop, toner.
  • A staff member answering one common question at the counter.

Guaiazulene gives the Drop its blue color, and that color can vary slightly batch to batch without affecting quality. If a client asks why your bottle looks a shade different from one online, that is the answer.

A posting rhythm

One kit image and one reshared or self-filmed clip a week is enough to keep your page active. Save your best-performing posts and reuse them when you restock.

New images and clips are announced in the Wednesday desk update. Not stocking the Drop yet? Apply for a wholesale account.
